Cooking Instructions (From Frozen):
Boil
Bring water to boiling point and submerge the pack into water and boil for 6-8 minutes
Oven/Air Fryer
Tear the pack and place the meat on an oven-friendly plate / aluminium foil and bake it for 10-12 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
Microwave
Cut an opening on the plastic, place upright in a bowl and microwave for 3-4 minutes.
