1. Can I pay by cash on delivery? 
    No, we currently do not accept cash payment. All transactions will be made via bank transfer (instant) or QRPay.

  2. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
    Once your order has been placed, it is considered final. Perishable goods cannot be returned. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted. However, your request will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis in the unlikely event that you receive something other than what you ordered, the product is not as described or damaged. In that case, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment after inspection and due diligence on the matter.

  3. How do you deliver frozen goods?
    We use a special box with ice packs and insulation so that your product remains frozen. Together with our professional delivery partner, HSH Cold Chain Delivery that ensures your product will be delivered to you in good condition. It is advised that once received, please pop them into the freezer immediately.

  4. How long does it take to be delivered once I've placed an order?
    Once we've received your order, it'll usually take 1-3 working days for us to ship out the product. Product will normally be delivered the next day after shipping date (not all areas).

  5. What is sous-vide?
    Sous vide is a French cooking method of using controlled water temperature to cook vacuum packed food for 1-4 hours.

    Our method differs slightly, as we’re using a food grade, BPA free, boil-safe, microwave and freezer friendly. You can cook it at boiling temperature and have your food ready in the matter of minutes.

  6. I want to order Meal Hero but my area is not within the delivery coverage
    Aww, we totally feel you but we can’t promise you that we’ll make it happen so do drop us an email at     mealheromy@gmail.com or Instagram so we can try to work things out.

  7. Do you deliver to Singapore?
    Yes we do at the moment, the delivery charges will be RM100.

  8. How much are your delivery charges?
    For Klang Valley, the delivery charges will be RM15 and for other states* (pennisula only), it'll be RM25. Do reach out to us for more information for other states' coverage. 

  9. Are your meals Keto friendly?
    Yes we do have a Keto menu such as our Sichuan Mala Chicken Breast, Turmeric Chicken Breast, Honey Garlic Butter Salmon.

  10. How long does the meal pack last?
    Our meal pack has a lifespan of 6 months.
