Cooking Instructions (From Frozen):
Boil
Bring water to boiling point and submerge the pack into water and boil for 15-17 minutes
Oven/Air Fryer
Tear the pack and place the meat on an oven-friendly plate / aluminium foil and bake it for 25-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
